My Gym Journey
"My 1 month journey in gym"
Introduction:
Being physically fit can enhanced our confidence, but it takes a lot more efforts to achieve this goal. This blog shows how I dreamed of achieving my goal, what I learned, and the difficulties I went through to get the goal I wanted.
Beginning:
It was just a normal day at school, sitting in the classroom, listening to the teacher as they reviewed some major topics for an upcoming exam. I sat quietly, trying to absorb as much as I could, while my mind occasionally wandered to the thought of the plans we had after class. After the class My friends and I decided to hang out for a while outside the school, as we often did. As we were all chatting and laughing, one of our classmates suddenly brought up an idea. “Hey, what if we started going to the gym together?”.The group fell silent for a moment,some of them agreed that we should go to the gym but some of them are not so after we decide only a few of my friends wants to go to the gym so after the debate. we decided that by the next day we are going to start our plan.
Challenges Faced:
The first few days were challenging; I wasn't sure how to use the equipment or the proper positions, and worst of all, my entire body hurt after the exercise. I considered giving up since I was having a trouble, but I persisted because I wanted to be in shape and lose some weight. So, I put up with all the pain, and after two weeks, my body adjusted and the pain didn't bother me anymore. I could tell that my back and muscles had changed, and seeing this results makes me happy to know that the struggles I had faced weren't useless. As they say "No pain, no gain".
As they say "No pain, no gain" . Everything is hard at first, so let's accept that and do our best; after that, it will be easy for us. Don't give up easily because we don't think we can succeed; if we don't try, we won't know we can. Never be afraid to try new things since you never know what you might end up with.
